it will cope with the environment
or humidity in the final installation.
This will lessen the possibility of
warping in any of our shutter panels.
All products are installed or reinforced,
engineered stiles to increase stability
and reduce any warping or twisting.
This means the core of the stile is
made with layered wooden veneer
and opposing grain – super strong.
• UV inhibitors are used on all products
to maintain the depth of your chosen
colour for longer.
• The joints on all shutter types are
professional (and look good) mortice and
tenon joints for increased panel stability.
• Even the tilt rod staples we use are
made from high grade stainless steel to
ensure they won’t rust and are installed
with friction-reducing adhesive to
maximise their holding power in situ.

is checked and double-checked to deliver
